When will the Next Gen Narwhals be available?
We are pre-selling the Next Gen Narwhals now! We anticipate shipping in January 2025. We are offering $100 off during our pre-sale!
Can I still order the Original Narwhals?
No, we have retired the original handbuilt (blue) Narwhals.
What are the differences between the Original and Next Gen Narwhals?
Functionally, the two versions provide the same long-lasting palm cooling. With the new version, we upgraded the design, streamlined production, and made improvements including: reduced weight, greater durability, and easier to swap Cool-not-Cold packs for extended use.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
There are no bulk discounts during our pre-sale of the Next Gen Narwhals because each set is currently $100 off! We will offer bulk discounts in early 2025.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we ship to Canada and the U.K. For other countries, please contact us for a quote.
What are the shipping times, return policy, and do you offer a product warranty?
In the U.S., we ship with FedEx Ground. Shipping times are usually 3-5 days. Here are our return and warranty policies.
